Inside, the F-Jeepney Class 3 has a spacious 26-passenger capacity, along with front-facing cushioned seats, accessible roof-mounted handrails, and an air-conditioning system equipped with multiple vents for optimal cabin cooling. The driver's comfort is not overlooked, with amenities such as an adjustable steering wheel, power steering, power windows, central locking, and a remote key.
According to Foton, this PUV aligns with modern transportation standards and includes essential features such as an automatic fare collection system for cashless transactions, Wi-Fi connectivity, a GPS tracker, a CCTV system, an LED TV screen, electronic signage, and an emergency stop button with a buzzer.
Providing the muscle is the reliable 3.8-liter ISF Cummins common-rail turbo-diesel engine, delivering an admirable 152 hp at 2,600 rpm and a hefty amount of torque at 500 Nm within the 1,200 to 1,900 rpm range. This power is efficiently managed through a six-speed manual transmission. With a 120-liter fuel tank, the F-Jeepney Class 3 is built for long, and extended journeys, while the added assurance of air brakes with an anti-lock braking system (ABS) contributes to a heightened sense of security on the road.
