Foton Motor Philippines, Inc. (FMPI) keeps true to its commitment to innovate and improve customer experience with its latest turnover ceremony conducted in its Assembly Plant in Clark, Pampanga last September 1, 2022.
The brand started its EC Mobile Service program back in 2018, and Foton has been at the forefront of further improving its customer service experience. This latest development involves the turnover of two EC Mobile Service vehicles that are bound for Isabella and La Union. Foton remains committed to enhancing its customer service experience with its products and these units will allow the brand to provide services for its customers even outside of the dealership.
“With these after-sales support vehicles, we show everyone that we don’t stop at just making sales. We offer our exclusive EC Mobile Service and continue expanding its reach while making sure that there is a generous supply of parts whenever or wherever the customers need it.”
The EC Service program stands for “easy and convenient” and it’s one of the easiest ways that operators can avail of service from the Foton brand. It is also convenient because the servicemen can reach customers wherever they may be. If there is a reason why a client is unable to bring their vehicle to the dealership for service or repair, FMPI’s EC Mobile Service vehicles will be there to answer the call.
Customers can expect Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) from Foton’s program, and the trucks are also loaded up with specialized tools, spare parts, and equipment to facilitate this. As such, owners won’t need to worry about their units’ downtime when it comes to maintenance or repairs.
The Foton dealerships in La Union and Isabela now each have their own service vehicles to use and reach their clients and make Foton ownership easy and convenient.
