Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation (SFP) has launched a new F-Wing body FJ 2528R Heavy Truck. As one of the country's largest commercial vehicle distributors of brand-new trucks and buses, Fuso partnered with Centro Manufacturing Corporation (CMC) to bring the new model to the market.
The new F-Wing body FJ 2528R is a fully built-up vehicle that comes with an upgraded body design and technology from Nippon Fruehauf. Fuso says its partnership with CMC has allowed it to build this model with lightweight materials for increased service life and maximized cargo capacity. That, in turn, could result in increased revenue for businesses that use the truck.
Fuso has highlighted several new features for the FJ 25284 F-Wing body. It now comes with a reverse camera for added visibility while backing up and performing challenging maneuvers.
Fuso also claims the new model is the first "roro-ready" wing van truck in the country. The model comes with roro security straps to protect the vehicle when traveling over water.
With its capable turbocharged direct-injection diesel engine, the FJ25284 provides high output and flat torque for power-hungry applications. The smooth-shifting nine-speed manual transmission also ensures flexible operation for the driver, resulting in improved fuel efficiency and more savings.
For safety, the FJ25284 comes with an anti-lock braking system (ABS). It also features a differential lock buzzer to inform the driver when the differential lock moves out of position.
The Fuso FJ25284 F-Wing body is now available for pre-order at dealerships around the country. Fuso guarantees delivery times of as fast as seven days. The new F-Wing body model of this heavy-duty truck could become a bestseller. So, interested customers would do well to head to their local dealership to place a reservation. As Fuso has not given a price to the truck, prospective buyers will have to find that out upon their visit.
