Isuzu Philippines earns another Triple Star Award for excellent service

When it comes to aftersales service, Isuzu Philippines has proven itself once again, earning another Triple Star Award.

Isuzu Philippines wins the Triple Star Award for Aftersales Excellence.

A new Triple Star Award has been added to Isuzu Philippines’ list of wins. Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has once again been awarded the Triple Star Award for Aftersales Excellence by Isuzu Motors Japan (IML). The award was presented during the Isuzu Distributor & Dealer Aftersales Awards ceremony held in Yokohama, Japan, on October 31, 2024. The recognition continues IPC’s winning streak, having received the same award from 2019 to 2022. 

The Triple Star Award is an annual recognition program made to promote continuous improvement among Isuzu distributors worldwide. It evaluates distributors based on two main areas: Basic Operation and Business Expansion. In Basic Operation, IPC was judged on its ability to keep vehicles running efficiently, minimizing downtime for customers. The evaluation also considered the company’s focus on customer relationship management and adherence to strict operational and legal standards. 

Under Business Expansion, IPC’s efforts to support its dealership network were considered, which included activities to align local dealerships with global standards, improve aftersales marketing, and strengthen customer loyalty through proactive engagement and superior service quality. Among 56 Isuzu distributors worldwide, IPC was one of the top performers and shared this year’s Triple Star Award with Isuzu Vietnam. 

Tetsuya Fujita, President of IPC, expressed gratitude for the recognition, saying the company is honored to receive the Triple Star Award for the third time. He mentioned the hard work of the entire team for the aftersales service while keeping up with the needs of Filipino clients.
