Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) recently opened three new Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) dealerships in the Visayas. Isuzu is taking this step to grow its brand and bring better service to local customers. The new dealerships opened one after another, starting with Isuzu Iloilo on November 6, followed by Isuzu Mandaue in Cebu on November 7, and ending with Isuzu Bohol on November 9.
Isuzu Iloilo, located in Mandurriao, sits on a 3,400-square-meter lot with a bigger showroom that can display up to four vehicles, including trucks. The service area has also been upgraded to include eight bays for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and two truck bays, which help support fleet customers who need reliable service options.
On November 7, Isuzu held the grand opening of the Isuzu Mandaue dealership in Cebu. As the first Isuzu dealership in Cebu, this branch is now located on a 4,280-square-meter property with room to display four vehicles in the showroom. It also features a service area with six bays for LCVs and two truck bays, helping meet the needs of Cebu’s busy market. Cebu’s growing industries, like tourism, trade, and logistics, mean a high demand for vehicles like the Isuzu D-MAX and trucks. Jinggoy Ybanez, Branch Manager of Isuzu Cebu, shared that the new dealership setup is appropriate to help local businesses with a full range of sales and aftersales support.
The opening series finished with Isuzu Bohol on November 9. The dealership is smaller at 1,680 square meters but has a showroom with three display units and six service bays. There are plans to expand the service area in the future to handle more fleet clients and meet the rising demand in the area. These three Visayas dealerships are managed by Ayala’s Iconic Dealership Inc. (IDI). President Tetsuya Fujita expressed gratitude to IDI for their part in upgrading these locations, sharing that these dealerships feature Isuzu’s focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
