Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), J&T Express Inc., and Gencars, Inc. (Isuzu Makati) have further reinforced their partnership agreement and national fleet program through a contract signing ceremony. On top of more than 400 units of Isuzu trucks, J&T Express has purchased hundreds of NQR & FVR trucks from Isuzu Makati, one of IPC’s most established authorized dealers, as new additions to their growing fleet of vehicles.
The contract signing was held at the Isuzu Philippines Corporation Head Office and was attended by the J&T Express team headed by their CEO, Mr. Dean Ding, the Gencars team headed by their CEO, Mr. Edgard Cabangon, and the IPC team led by their President, Mr. Noboru Murakami.
J&T Express as one of the country’s fastest-growing logistics companies continuously expands its logistics services nationwide. With that said it needs to provide fast and convenient delivery services to Filipinos all around the country. Choosing Isuzu as its partner has greatly benefited the country thanks to the truck maker’s diverse lineup of trucks and their toughness and reliability. It also helps that Isuzu products can also traverse various road conditions and terrains in the Philippines without breaking a sweat. This enables J&T Express to reach and serve even the most remote areas in the country delivering goods where needed and when needed.
The partnership with J&T Express was made possible by Gencars who has been IPC’s long-time partner in providing customer satisfaction to clients. The signing of this partnership agreement signifies IPC and Gencars commitment to providing efficient solutions to J&T Express’ sales and aftersales needs.
Isuzu Philippines reassures J&T Express that with its National Fleet Program, the Japanese truck maker will continue to be hands-on in attending to their service needs through its authorized Isuzu dealers nationwide. Aside from this, the program will also provide comprehensive support to vehicle maintenance management for fleet customers.
