JAC Philippines, the exclusive distributor of JAC light commercial vehicles and medium to heavy-duty trucks in the Philippines unveiled its latest entry into the light truck segment with the new JAC X100.
According to the automaker, the new X100 is a Jack-of-all-trades thanks to its highly versatile platform. It can be had in multiple variations, as a cab and chassis, as an aluminum van, or with an FB body. Aside from this, the light truck can also be customized as a delivery truck for your business needs and can even serve as a shuttle for employees.
While the exterior of the JAC X100 is versatile, its interior is well equipped for a commercial vehicle as it comes with a car-like cabin. It features power steering, power windows, and power side mirrors, and comes with an air conditioning system as standard. For its other variations, a rear A/C unit is also available. Thanks to its car-like features, this makes driving the X100 a breeze even on long trips or multiple deliveries.
Powering the X100 is a 1.8-liter Euro IV compliant turbo diesel engine that produces 170 Nm of torque that is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission. It also comes with a 65-liter fuel tank allowing you to make the most out of your deliveries, whether they be around the city or on long haul journeys.
Aside from this, the JAC X100 also comes with an impressive warranty that covers the first 3-years or 100,000 kilometers whichever comes first. It also has a competitive price point that was crafted toward the average entrepreneur in today’s post-pandemic economy.
