Though the extent and details of the partnership are not yet clear, both companies are looking forward to building a foothold in the automotive logistics sector.
Starting with Fuso, Sojitz Corporation is a globally recognized general trading company that prides itself on its multifaceted international business portfolio. This includes procurement, distribution, import, export, manufacturing, product sales, and strategic project management both within Japan and abroad. Their extensive engagement spans various sectors, including automotive, industrial plants, energy, mineral resources, chemicals, food resources, agriculture, consumer goods, and industrial parks. With a history dating back to 1969, Sojitz Corporation has played a pivotal role in shaping the Philippine automotive industry and still does to this day.
On the other hand, Fuso’s newest business partner Bespoke Logistics is also renowned in the automotive logistics industry, offering a diverse range of services. These services encompass Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI), state-of-the-art storage and yard management, as well as specialized equipment for vehicle transportation. Supported by a robust Vehicle Inventory Management System (VIMS), Bespoke Logistics ensures the seamless accessibility of critical data, the provision of customizable reports, and an array of client-focused features.
On top of the services they offer, Bespoke Logistics is dedicated to delivering comprehensive automotive logistics solutions. These include spare parts warehousing, accessory installation, after-market sales support, last-mile delivery to dealerships, and a range of value-added transport and logistics services.
