Karin Rådström joined Daimler Trucks from Scania, where she served on the Executive Board handling Sales and Marketing since 2019. Starting her career at Scania as a trainee in 2004 after earning a Master of Engineering, Rådström has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including heading the bus and coach sector and the connected vehicle business.
Since joining Daimler Truck’s Board of Management in 2021, Rådström has played a huge part in pushing the car company towards better sustainability and customer engagement. Her works and efforts have introduced new electric trucks and made service offerings better, with the goal of promoting the brand’s sustainability and customer relations.
