Foton Motor Philippines stood out at the 2025 Foton Asia Pacific Partners Conference, winning awards for Excellence in New Product Launch and Outstanding Sales Contribution Team. These awards recognize FMPI for providing reliable and well-engineered vehicles to Filipino consumers. FMPI General Manager Levy Santos accepted the awards and shared how the company’s success comes from the teamwork between Foton Motor China and the Philippine team. He mentioned their shared goals of creating products that meet the needs of local customers.

During the conference, Philippine media joined FMPI officials in attending the inauguration of Foton’s new manufacturing plant in Thailand. The facility will produce vehicles for local use and future export to neighboring markets like Malaysia and Indonesia. The event also featured the rollout of Foton’s one-millionth export unit and the debut of the fully electric Foton e-Auman heavy truck.
