Aside from its reliable trucks, Hino Motors Philippines (HMP) also offers quality Minibuses that feature great functionality and modern exterior design. HMP offers two choices, the XZU302L, and the XZU730L. The XZU302L can be either a School Bus or a Micro Bus. As for the XZU730L, it has the Cerito which was launched in 2018.
The XZU370L Mini Bus is based on a 6-wheeler (4x2) truck chassis that comes with a gross vehicle weight of 7,500 kgs and has a wheelbase of 4,200 mm. It can also be had with multiple seating layouts that come in the form of a 33 to 40-seater, and 29 to 33-seater configuration. An airconditioned variant is also available for the minibus, however, is only available for the 33 to 40-seater models.
For suspension, the XZU730L rides on semi-elliptic leaf springs with double-acting shock absorbers with stabilizers at the front and semi-elliptic main and auxiliary leaf springs with double-acting shock absorbers with stabilizers at the rear.
The Mini Bus is powered by a 4-liter diesel engine that produces 148 hp and 420 Nm of torque. It sends power to the rear wheels via a 6-speed transmission with an overdrive.
