Dongfeng Trucks

Dongfeng Trucks is one of the well-known truck brands here in the Philippines. This China-based marque started its footprint in the local market in 2019 under the management of Pilipinas Autogroup (PAI). In the same year, Autokid Truck Solutions became the premiere distributor of Dongfeng trucks in the country. In 2023, Dongfeng's electric commercial vehicles followed, making their entry into the Philippine market through the Diamond Auto Group EV Corp.

Dongfeng trucks are designed to deliver durable and reliable commercial vehicles that help boost small to big businesses. In the global setup, Dongfeng was established in 1969 and offers products for demanding operations, mining, and tough constructions. Legally, it is named as Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles Co Ltd. (DFCV), however, the company and its products are promoted under the brand name of Dongfeng Trucks. It owns R&D and production resources in China and manufactures all its truck components including engines, gearboxes, axles, cabs, and chassis.
